We saw that the processor behavior is almost identical in macOS and Windows 10, so the results apply for both operating systems. This is not ideal, but will suffice for our tests.

I did some research on the internet saying that it is, or may be possible, to upgrade a MacBook Pro 2018s SSD, but the SSD is proprietary (Im not sure whether I spelled the word right. The latter, however, is limited to the official TDP specification like 45 Watts on the 15-inch model, for instance. I want the 2 TB or 4TB storage, but the cost has kept me at bay. You can only deactivate the Turbo Boost completely or adjust the TDP, for example. The new MacBook Pros base configuration comes with a quad-core 2.3GHz Intel 8th-gen Core i5 processor, 8GB of LPDDR3 RAM, and a 256GB SSD.
